Invitations to the Auction were mailed out on Friday. If you would like an invitation sent to someone please let Elizabeth Ewers know. RSVP’s are due by March 4th, 2015. Single tickets may be purchased for $75 or a table for 8 can be purchased for $550. If you purchase a table, it is very important that you list the first and last names of all the guests that will be seated at your table on the backside of the RSVP card. Reserved seating will only apply to guests purchasing a table of eight. Open seating will be available for single ticket purchases.
The event is Saturday, March 14th, 2015 at the Manor House. Doors will open at 6:30pm for cocktails and auction preview. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm. A video presentation will follow dinner. The drawing for the Vacation Extravaganza Raffle or Cash will be held at the auction. The winner of the raffle does not need to be present to win.
• All sold and unsold raffle tickets need to be turned in by March 6th.
• Silent Auction baskets were due on Friday February 27th. If you have not brought in your basket please bring it by Friday March 6th. Please be sure to fill out a donor form, listing all the items in your basket, as well as the total dollar value of the items contained in the basket.

Boogie Down at the Winter Dance
All 6th-8th graders are invited to come boogie on down at the winter dance! It is Friday, March 6th from 7:00pm-9:00pm at St.Saviour Undercroft. Cost is $5.00 per student. Please send back the dance contract that was sent out last week in an email by March 4th. If you need a copy printed out let Mrs. Ewers know.
