Linden Grove’s 2015 “Signature Event” Does Not Disappoint
With close to 300 people in attendance, the theme “Circle of Friends” provided LGS with an opportunity to honor several people who demonstrated years of unwavering commitment, dedication, support, and a tremendous amount of passion for our mission. The following people were honoree recipients: Peg Ballard, Carolyn Lamping, Janet Fette, and Triad Communications.
The video put together by the students and videographer, Max Larson, did not leave a dry eye in the place. It depicted how important having friends and being a friend is to our students, families and LGS. A “Call of Action” to raise money for our Tuition Assistance fund brought in over $18,000. This money is vital for families who struggle paying the out-of-pocket expenses for LGS’s tuition. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all of the people who attended, donated and volunteered.
The silent auction items, grand raffle, and straight donations brought in over $50,000. A big thank you goes to all of the families and friends who donated baskets and items that created some great bidding wars. The money raised is vital to sustaining and growing our specialized program.
Thank you for believing in and supporting Linden Grove School!
