The need to communicate with parents is considered essential to the kind of total caring we intend to give each child at Linden Grove School. We consider communication a high priority and have established many guidelines to aide in our success. One of these guidelines is giving the parents the opportunity to receive communication sheets which outlines information about their child’s day. These daily sheets will automatically be sent home with students on the Primary (K-2), Lower Elementary (2-4) and Upper Elementary (4-6) teams; however, for the Middle School Team (6-8), this is optional and we would like to provide you with the choice of receiving these communication sheets. For some of you, the newsletters that you receive from your child’s teachers combined with the opportunities you have to talk 1:1 at drop off/pick up may suffice. For others, you may find it important to be consistently aware of your child’s daily behavioral, social, and participatory level for each class as it is broken down on the attached form. If your child is on the 6-8 team and you would like to receive a daily communication sheet, please contact your homeroom teacher to let them know by August 29th. All email addresses can be found in the directory.
