Students Share Hopes and Dreams

When you were in school, what did you dream of becoming? A basketball player, a rock star, or perhaps an international spy?

At the beginning of each new school year, LGS teachers ask their students about their hopes and dreams for the year. In some instances, students are asked about the types of things they like to learn. In others students are asked about their hopes and dreams related to friends and the earth.

And, of course, students are also asked, “What do you want to do when you grow up?”

Here are some of the responses LGS teachers received this year:

I want to:

  • Do more crazy science experiments
  • Play math games
  • See fossils
  • Make new friends
  • Learn how to communicate better
  • Be better with money
  • Recycle

When I grow up I want to:

  • Be in space
  • Work with animals
  • Play with my toys
  • Be a cartoonist
  • Make a cure for cancer
  • Inside LGS

  • Community Events
